  SCOPE
  This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to establish an Estimated Quantity Contract consisting of the supply and delivery of premarking paint, on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure. Quantities stated are estimates, made in good faith, and may vary. The Department reserves the right to purchase greater or lesser quantities depending upon operational requirements.
  
  The term for this contract from contract award for a one year-term, with the option to renew for one (1) additional one-year period upon written agreement from both parties.
