Description:
The scope of this project is to hire a preferred vendor experienced in the Canadian postsecondary sector to conduct Surveys as required by NAIT. The main survey is the Graduate Survey (aka Graduate Satisfaction and Employment Survey) for recent NAIT graduates. The graduate survey conducted 7-12 months after graduation, assesses the job placement success and satisfaction levels of recent graduates with their education and career outcomes. The survey instrument currently consists of approximately 55 question items but is subject to continual review. The scope encompasses a robust engagement strategy via email, SMS, and phone, backed by a dedicated call center and collaborative digital marketing efforts to maximize response rates.The total project duration for each Graduate Survey is approximately 7 to 8 months, typically comprising a planning and preparation phase in September and October, data collection commencing around November, and dataset delivery by May.The vendor will oversee a secure contact list, digitize the survey for online distribution, and compile a dataset from the responses received. All data processes will adhere to Canadian data protection standards.
