Information for Proponents
The Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District, hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation", invites Proposals for the Pre-Selection of Conveyors and Hoppers for the Northwest Langley Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade.
SCOPE: The design, fabrication, delivery, provision of onsite services during construction including supervision of installation, testing, inspection, and commissioning of the Equipment, training of operations and maintenance staff and provision of onsite services post construction including warranty services all in accordance with the drawings and specifications contained in this RFP, at the Northwest Langley Wastewater Treatment Plant for the following equipment.
There are two (2) inclined classifying conveyors, two (2) hopper distribution conveyors, two (2) biosolids storage hoppers including discharge mechanisms (if required), and a minimum of two (2) truck loading biosolids conveyors, maximum of six (6) depending on silo/hopper selection and geometry. Included are all chutes, gates, actuators, slide plates, flexible connections, drain valves, instruments, and other appurtenances, as outlined in the technical specifications.
