• Detailed_Description : The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement (MPBSDP) is planning to issue two (2) Request for Bids (RFB) for the continuity of enterprise-wide data network and security services required to support the day-to-day operations of the Ontario Public Service (OPS). One procurement will be for Managed Network Services serving all sites across the Province of Ontario, while the other procurement will be for a Managed Secure Services Edge (SSE) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Solution serving the entire OPS. THE RFB-S ARE ANTICIPATED TO BE POSTED TO THE ONTARIO TENDERS PORTAL (OTP) IN EARLY 2025, WITH THE CONTRACT AWARDS ANTICIPATED IN MID-LATE 2025.   Scope of Work : The purpose of the Managed Network Services RFB procurement is to select a single vendor that will provide the following managed services to approximately 1,400 locations distributed across the province: •Wired Local Area Network (LAN)•Wireless Local Area Network (Wi-Fi LAN)•High Speed WAN Services•Managed Firewall•Distributed Denial of Service Protection (DDoS+)The proposed term of this agreement will be for a period of up to twelve (12) years; an initial six (6) year term and two (2) contract extension options for up to three (3) years each. The Ministry is seeking to award a single vendor contract for this procurement.The purpose of the Managed Secure Services Edge (SSE) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Solution RFB procurement is to select a single vendor that will provide the OPS with a managed solution to provide Remote Access VPN and Zero Trust Network Access capabilities, provide a secure web browsing environment, and provide visibility and protection for Cloud applications. Main components anticipated to be included:•Remote Access Virtual Private Network (VPN) •Secure Web Gateway to the Internet•The ability to provide Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) serviceThe proposed term of this agreement will be for a period of up to six (6) years; an initial three (3) year term and three (3) contract extension options for up to one (1) year each. The Ministry is seeking to award a single vendor contract for this procurement.
