Description:
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Region to prospective respondents to establish a list of prequalified General Contractors who are eligible to participate in a formal competitive process for the Transportation Emergency Repairs Contract

CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration.

DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount generated on the Bidding Website in the Schedule of Prices and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are set out in Section C of the RFTC Particulars (Appendix A) under C. Mandatory Requirements.
