- FCC-s Portfolio Risk Optimization (PRO) unit requires access to professional services resources to provide expert capacity and skills, for advisory, consulting and/or outsourcing services. The PRO unit consists of the Credit Risk Modelling, Capital Quantification and Risk Optimization including credit risk monitoring, model performance monitoring, credit and lending policy enablement, and credit quality teams.FCC-s intention through this RFP is to establish a one-time Pre-Qualified (PQ) List of Proponents who can provide risk management expertise (i.e. advisory, consulting and/or outsourcing services) to support the breadth and depth of each risk area of focus.
