The Board invites Submissions to this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”) from interested Respondents with the intention to pre-qualify Hardwood flooring contractors who are interested in providing services including but not limited to the removal and disposal of existing flooring, preparation of sub-floor surfaces, and the supply, installation and/or repair and refinishing of hardwood floors (Services) to the Board for period of three (3) years.
