Description:
The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) is seeking to pre-qualify general landscape contractors for the next three (3) year period, for the construction, development or redevelopment of City parks and/or outdoor public areas under the management of the Community Services Department.
The construction projects will either be delivered based on Canadian Construction Documents Committee CCDC-2, Standard Stipulated Price Contract with City-issued Amendments as prepared by the City, or equivalent Stipulated Price Contract under the City-s Terms and Conditions, without consultant involvement.
Project scopes vary, but will include, but not be limited to, all or some of the following:
