Description : General Contractors, mechanical subcontractors and electrical subcontractors are invited to submit PRE-QUALIFICATION information for the construction of a LEED certified, 9 and 16 storey residential development at 15 - 105 Mooregate Cres.It is anticipated that construction will start in spring 2026, with substantial completion by winter 2029. These dates may be subject to change. The construction cost for the project is estimated to be approximately $220,000,000.This pre-qualification serves for the role of General Contractors, Mechanical-Subcontractor and Electrical Sub-Contractor.Tenders will only be accepted by pre-qualified General Contractors, Mechanical Sub-Contractors and Electrical Sub-Contractors.
