The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Prequalification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, pre-qualification of General Contractors for the interior renovations to the ground, second and third floors, known as Package “E” at the Administrative Centre located at 17250 Yonge Street in the Town of Newmarket.
