Pre-Qualification - Multi-Discipline Engineering Consulting Services Infrastructure Reference: RPQ No. PQ2004 Closing Date: Wednesday, November 18, 2020Closing Time: 11:30 AM Local TimePre-Qualification Required: No The Town of Ajax is seeking to pre-qualify and retain Multi-Discipline Engineering Consulting Firms who can show experience in, and carry out Engineering Services for various Municipal Infrastructure Projects over the next 3 years [2021 - 2023]. The Multi-Discipline Engineering Firms must have the capability to provide the following services or identify a sub-consultant:• Civil Engineering• Electrical Engineering• Structural Engineering• Geotechnical Engineering• Landscape Architecture In order to identify the best qualified Consultants and streamline the bidding process, the Town intends to pre-qualify Consultants to provide Engineering Services for these types of Projects. The Town expects a maximum of five pre-qualified Firms will be invited to submit Bids for an estimated 15-20 Projects over the Pre-Qualification Term. Projects may include Design, Bid Document Preparation, Contract Administration and/or Inspection for: 1. Road Construction/Reconstruction;2. Bridge Construction/Rehabilitation;3. Lighting Design;4. Sidewalk/Trail Construction/Reconstruction;5. Parking Lot Reconstruction;6. Traffic Calming Initiatives; 7. Stormwater Management Systems; and8. Asset Inventory ...
