In order to identify the best qualified Consultants and streamline the bidding process, the Town intends to pre-qualify 5 Consultants to provide Material Testing and Geotechnical and Environmental Investigation Services for the following types of Projects: 1. Road Construction/Reconstruction;2. Bridge Construction/Rehabilitation;3. Sidewalk/Trail Construction;4. Parking Lot Reconstruction;5. Traffic Calming Initiatives.
