SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for the supply and delivery of Pre-Primed Medium Density Plywood in the sizes and quantities, as described in the 'Item Description' within items one (1) and two (2) listed in this document.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
This contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid submitting the lowest price-per-sheet bid for the Pre-Primed Medium Density Plywood that meets or exceeds the requirements detailed within the 'Item Descriptions' of this tender document.

Price per sheet will be determined as follows:

(Vendor Unit Price for Item) / (Qty of sheets per lot) = Price Per Sheet

Preference will be given to the Vendor providing the lowest price for pre-primed 3/4" (19mm) thick boards (Items 1.1 and 2.1).

In the event no compliant bids are received for Items 1.1 and 2.1, the Province reserves the right to award the Contract to the vendor submitting the lowest priced compliant bid for the...
