Description : VIA Rail Canada Inc. (“VIA”) is looking for the service providers to conduct the pre-employment background check verifications. In order to submit a tender, the Tenderer must be able to comply with the following mandatory criteria: 1) Service languages Tenderer must be able to provide services in both Canada-s official languages (French & English) 2) Experience Tenderer must have a minimum of ten (10) years of proven experience in the field of pre-employment background checks. 3) Physical office location Tenderer must at least have one (1) office in Canada. 4) Electronic platform (compatible with Windows, iOS and Android systems) Tenderer must be able to manage & follow requests electronically through a web solution platform. The Tenderer-s platform is user-friendly and compatible with Windows, iOS and Android systems. 5) The access and rights of all the information VIA must be able to have the access and the rights of all the information of files and have all the necessary support 7 years following the expiration of contract. 6) Data location & offshoring The Tenderer must store the data in Canada.
