Description:
The Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) invites detailed proposals from Construction Management Firms in strict accordance with these Proposal Documents (CRHC-CP-MCK-RFP 25/291). The proposals will be evaluated for the selection of an experienced and qualified supplier with the intent to enter into a contract to provide the services described in Appendix “A”. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select a Construction Manager to provide Services for the Pre-Construction and Construction phases of the CRHC-s 1800 McKenzie Redevelopment. Construction Management Services for this Project are to be provided under a CCDC 5B (Construction Management for Services and Construction) contract and Project delivery method. This 259-unit development Project is located at 1821 & 1827 McKenzie Avenue, Saanich, BC. In the provision of the Services, the Construction Manager must meet all CRHC required specifications contained herein. The CRHC reserves the right to award in whole or in part. Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without further competition.
