Electronic Invitation To Bid (ITB-s) shall be received by the e-procurement system up until May 22, 2025; No Later Than 2:30 P.M. (Local Time); unless specified otherwise and may not be withdrawn within ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) days after such date and time.
