Description:
People Places & Spaces (PP&S) is ATB-s facility management, construction and real estate team, responsible for strategizing, creating, operating and maintaining the branch and corporate environments that enable listening, learning, advising and creating. Our facilities are the places and spaces that make it possible. Purpose: PP&S aims to implement a future-ready technology ecosystem that maximizes efficiencies in Facilities, Real Estate, Construction, and OH&S operations, pushes innovation boundaries, and is agile to industry trends. Several legacy systems in the PP&S technology stack are nearing lifecycle replacement. These decentralized, isolated systems result in inefficiencies, including manual workflows and operational redundancies. The new ecosystem will address these issues by enhancing systems integration (both within PP&S and across ATB), enabling automation and advancing technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence), and introducing advanced functionality to create a cohesive technology stack that improves operations and team interoperability. This will elevate PP&S operations and ability to deliver exceptional client and team member experiences and focus on more strategic and value-added efforts. The PP&S Technology Ecosystem Roadmap—alongside four interconnected RFPs to be executed between Q4 2024 and Q2 2025—aims to align PP&S data and technology infrastructure.
