This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: C7400201 - Electrical ContractorTo view the list of pre-qualified firms, visit https://www.calgary.ca/CA/fs/Documents/Bid-and-Vendor-Information/PrequalifiedContractors.pdf.”2. Power Factor Correction at various City-owned buildings. The power factor must correct to 99% or more for all the buildings.3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4. Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion and any applicable warranty work.
