  • This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) on behalf of the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport (PCS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Consulting Engineering Services for a Potable Water Infrastructure Assessment at Buffalo Pound Provincial Park as further described in the RFP Particulars (refer to Appendix A). The scope of work for this RFP is to include: A comprehensive assessment of the infrastructure which provides Buffalo Pound Provincial Park with potable water. Field verifications of buried pipe material, condition, and general alignment, condition of the steel storage tank, and condition and location of any appurtenances and valving will be required. A ‘Phased Capital Replacement and Maintenance Plan-, including expected remaining service life of each component, cost to replace each component in current year dollars, identification of any components requiring immediate attention, and long term maintenance recommendations for the continued operation of the potable water infrastructure. A recommendation to refurbish, upgrade, or replace the existing above ground steel reservoir, including a design basis for the recommended solution.
