- This Request for Quote (the 'RFQ') is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Porters Lake Provincial Park Re-Paving to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the 'Deliverables'). The work is to repair and patch existing pavement to eliminate subgrade defects in the park road while widening to six metre (6.0 m) width, construct a paved parking area at the park entrance, and repave all existing asphalt concrete.
