- Portage College is a post-secondary institution in Northeastern Alberta. Portage College has seven campuses located in Lac La Biche, St Paul, Cold Lake, Good Fish Lake, Saddle Lake and Boyle. We offer driver education courses for Class 1 and 3 licensing.
