Tender Details SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for the procurement and delivery of Portable Traffic Signals as listed in the tender items described below.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Compliant bids will be evaluated based upon the lowest total price bid that meets the required specifications detailed within the item description and attached specifications.

If bidder(s) choose to submit an 'equivalent Brand', they must provide product information at the time of bid submission.

DELIVERY
Delivery is requested on or before March 07, 2024, to District 6 Stockroom, 83 Richards Street, Edmundston, NB E3V 3L3.

Bids that cannot meet the required delivery date may not be considered for an award.

SPECIFICATIONS
Items bid must meet or exceed the specifications attached.

Equivalent products may be accepted if deemed compliant by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure.
