Description:
We are planning a large-scale parade event taking place on May 3, proceeding from Malton to Rexdale, with an anticipated attendance of over 100,000 participants and spectators.To support this event, we require the supply, delivery, and installation of sanitation and hygiene facilities along the designated parade route. The required units are as follows: 200 portable toilets 10 accessible portable toilets (ADA-compliant or equivalent) 10 nursing/changing stations 25 handwashing stations 2 full-service washroom trailersAll units must be delivered and fully installed on May 2, ensuring they are operational and ready for use by 10:00 AM on May 3.The sanitation stations will be distributed at multiple designated locations along the parade route. A detailed site map indicating exact placement points will be provided in advance to facilitate efficient deployment and setup.Vendors are expected to ensure that all units are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary consumables throughout the event. Coordination with event organizers will be required to ensure timely installation, appropriate placement, and compliance with all local regulations and event requirements.
