  Tenders will be received by NB Power until December 10, 2025 at 1:30 PM AST for the following:

  PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS & FIRE HOSE INSPECTION
  EXAMINATION, TESTING, AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
  BELLEDUNE GENERATING STATION, BELLEDUNE, NEW BRUNSWICK
  
  
  SITE MEETING MANDATORY: As a condition of award of this Contract it is mandatory that a representative of the Tenderer attend the Site Conditions and Investigation meeting. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that its representative attends and is registered as having attended the meeting. For convenience there will be two (2) meetings, one will be held on December 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM, and a second meeting will be held at 2:00 PM, both at Belledune (location listed below). The Tenderer shall attend one meeting only. The Tenderer must be pre-registered to attend a meeting. Please email Gillies Robichaud at grobichaud@nbpower.com to pre-register. Based on the number of people that may register, a third meeting may be added at NB Power's discretion. The times will be on a first come, first served basis.   Belledune Generating Station Location
  The Belledune Generating Station Site is situated on the southern shoreline of Chaleur Bay in the northern part of the Province of New Brunswick and is located in the village of Belledune, Gloucester County approximately 36 km northwest of the City of Bathurst and 48 km east of the Town of Dalhousie.
