- SaskPower is requesting proposals for one (1) transportable dry air supply system that can be used to supply dry, breathable air for all of the following purposes: • Purging oil filled power transformers tanks of combustible gases. • Providing continuous air flow to maintain a positive pressure to prevent moisture from entering transformers. • Providing safe, breathable atmosphere for personnel working inside transformers. This system must be provided complete with all of the required components (compressor, air dryer, filtration system, manifolds, hoses, cables, etc.) to perform the functions listed above and to meet the requirements and specifications described in the Technical Specifications.
