Description:
The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) requires the fabrication and delivery of a new steel girder bridge with composite concrete deck. All materials, design, fabrication, storage, lifting, handling, delivery and all other aspects of the successful bidder-s work shall be undertaken in conformance with the BC Bridge Standards Manual
Scope of Work:
The selected proponent will be responsible for:
Professional design completed by a Structural Design Engineer that meet the specifications in the attached drawings
Fabrication and delivery of a new steel girder bridge with composite concrete deck that meets the specifications outlined in the attached drawings.
All materials required for installation from the footings through to the curbs and barriers, including grout, paint for the steel substructure, approach signs, etc
The bridge delivery to the location marked on the map in the attached drawings, which is 12 km up Porcupine Creek FSR behind Ymir, BC.
Supply bridge shop drawings and structural design drawings with delivery
Supply all hardware and miscellaneous materials that will become part of the connected, assembled and installed structure, including but not limited to: bolts, nuts, washers, adhesive as shown in the Applicable Standard Drawings.
