BSE25009, Pollution Prevention Program ServicesDefence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” the following professional services at various locations in Nova Scotia: Document Review Specific Monitoring Process Improvement Monitoring. Shearwater Long Term Monitoring (LTM). Range verification Monitoring. Desktop Studies Sample and Analytical Plan (SAP) Site Criteria Field Work Data Management Requirements A laboratory of the Consultant-s choice shall conduct the laboratory analysis. The Consultant will establish appropriate Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures for sampling and analysis. Discussion of Findings (Draft and Final Reports)Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score.The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 580,000. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $280,000 for each additional period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 5,000 and $150,000; the maximum value of a Call-up under the SOA is $ 175,000.
