Description:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) on behalf of the Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety (CPPS), Saskatchewan Marshals Service (SMS), to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Police Internal Case Management Software, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). In 2023, the GOS introduced legislation to lay the foundation for the creation of SMS. The initiative aims to deter crime and support safe communities by enhancing law enforcement presence and providing protective policing across Saskatchewan, specifically in rural and remote areas. SMS does not currently have an efficient method of tracking and managing complaints, internal investigations, and personnel performance and is therefore seeking a service provider who can provide police internal case management software to be in compliance with best practices and statuary requirements.
