EQUS invites Alberta-based preferred, Western Canada based proponents to submit a non-binding quote for our Central J42 area office pilot pole testing program. The successful proponent will be required to enter into a non-disclosure agreement and a consulting services agreement with EQUS for an initial term of one (1) year with possible extension and program expansion at EQUS- sole discretion.No legal relationship or obligation regarding this RFQ shall be created between a proponent and EQUS by this RFQ selection process until successful negotiation and execution of a written agreement between the successful proponent and EQUS.The information provided in responses to this RFQ will be non-binding prior to the execution of a written agreement between the successful proponent and EQUS. Any information contained in a proponent-s submission to this RFQ will be assessed during the evaluation of the responses and ranking of the proponents. Any inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information contained in a submission to this RFQ could adversely impact any such evaluation or ranking of the proponent.
