Non-emergency services refer to regular work performed to ensure continued plumbing operation and maintenance of the buildings. Emergency services refer to unplanned and mostly critical and urgent work that needs to be resolved in the soonest time possible to avoid or minimize further disruptions.The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.
