Description:
The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”), invites Contractors to submit Offers for the supply of all of the goods and services specified, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions specified in the attached Tender documents.
For the purposes of this Tender, our School board sites have been divided into two (2) geographic zones. Zone 1 - East and Zone 2 - West.
Respondents may bid on Zone 1 or Zone 2 or both Zones. Only one successful Respondent will be assigned to each Zone.

1.1 ELIGIBILITY1.1.1 The Respondents- must be able to provide a copy of their Plumbing Contractor's BCIN (Building Code Identification Number) issued by the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH), demonstrating you are authorized to perform plumbing work in Ontario.

1.1.2 The Respondents- must provide a copy of the WSIB certificate or a letter of good standing from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)

1.1.3 Only Respondent(s) who have a proof of working business office ( certified to perform the work ) within 60 km of the Centre of Ottawa can bid on this ITT.
