This Standing offer will incorporate the Federal/Provincial/Territorial Collaborative Procurement Initiative which allows users from the Provinces and Territories to become part of this Standing Offer. Currently the Provinces of Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, as well as Canadian Blood Services have requested to be part of the Standing Offer. Additional users may be added during the solicitation phase.Only Authorized Users will be authorized to issue call-ups against this RMSO.
