- The Project is located at:8 Shiwak Lane, Rigolet, NL;The works proposed under this Contract as indicated on the drawings and specifications and furthergenerally identified but not limited to the following:Tender Price Table Section C1 - Base Tender (General Construction)• Demolition of existing DHSD building including foundations and decking. Remove all debris from siteand backfill foundation excavation with approved material. Contractor to coordinate timing of buildingdemolition with Owner and Consultant to ensure any items that need to be removed are removed priorto demolition.• Removal of existing playground fencing and turn over fencing to The Nunatsiavut Government for reuse.• Site Grading, civil works, swale, culvert and other associated works as per Civil Drawings andSpecifications.• Supply and install of New Playground and other associated works as per Landscape ArchitectureDrawings and Specifications. Note the shipping of Pea Gravel to the job site is to be included in thisprice.Tender Price Table Section C3 - Unit Prices• Placement of owner supplied Type 1 Material located in quarry. This pile was surveyed to containapproximately 115 meters cubed. Reference Appendix C. It is noted that there may be more Type 1Material required to complete the required site grading and playground.
