Tender are invited for Plastic Library Cards w/Multiple Card Faces Tender

Tender Details The contract will be awarded to the Proponent whose lowest overall price meets all tender requirements.

The quantities shown below must be bid in full to be considered for award.

Unit pricing for this item must be stipulated in Canadian Funds (CAD).

Vendors are to note that: PVC laminate cards with the barcodes printed over/on top of the laminate as well as Teslin/Polyester laminate cards will NOT be accepted.

The proponent submitting the lowest-priced bid may be required to provide a product sample to the Department, at no cost, for the purpose of validating that the proposed product meets all mandatory specifications outlined in this solicitation.

The sample must be submitted within the timeframe specified by the Department upon request. Failure to provide the required sample, or submission of a sample that does not meet the specifications, may result in disqualification of the bid. The Department reserves the right to proceed with the next lowest compliant bid if the sample is deemed non-compliant.

Upon award - Proof Authorization (including barcode) is required from the New Brunswick Public Library Service before final production.
