Publicnumero call for tenders: APM-2025-10027212TITRE: Development for planting aquatic herbaries on the island of oxen-submission is electronically set up on the mention for planting for aquatic herbaries on the island of oxen on the Merx website, Up to 10 a.m. (local time) on August 2025. The bids received after the time indicated above are rejected. Adjustment of the contract: Submissions in accordance with all the requirements of the tender are assessed by a selection committee according to evaluation criteria. The contract is Awarded to the tenderer who obtains the highest note. APM does not undertake to award the contract to a tenderer. Decisions of the works the work referred to by this estimate concern the island of oxen (is 318471,82 north 5074512,32) an island of the Vercheres archipelago located at the center of St. Lawrence River, about 20 km downstream from the Pointe de l'Ile de Montreal and 2 km upstream of the project to enlarge the Port-Celebrate Terminal. The extension of the works includes the construction of submerged works and the development of aquatic herbaries submerged on the river bed. More specifically, projected works include: a deflecting dike and submerged breakwards. These ripple structures will have a crest with the elevation of 4.2 meters (CGVD28), making them overwhelmed by about 1 meter of water in average flow conditions of the river.
