- The successful proponent will be required to conduct a comprehensive architectural survey of Charlottetown and its respective neighbourhoods to ensure that the proposed pre-approved housing designs align with and reflect the characteristics of the communities. It is essential that the design workprovide a range of design options that will fit into the heritage of the community and align with the respective Municipal and Provincial regulations. The Municipality is currently in the final stages of completing a new Official Plan and is undertaking work to develop a new Zoning and SubdivisionBylaw. It is essential that the successful proponent is able to work with the respective project teams to ensure continuity between these documents.
