What we need
Township of Severn-s Department of Planning and Development is looking for qualified consulting services to critically document the existing steps of an applicant as they navigate through the Township-s Planning and Building application processes (i.e. “the Planning and Building Customer Experience”). The results will then be used by the successful consultant to review both processes in detail and make recommendations for any improvements and efficiencies to the current Experience, without compromising the existing quality of development, re-development and building in Severn. The scope includes the Building and Planning application processes that address both residential and non-residential development across Severn-s urban and rural areas.
What is important to us
Township of Severn is looking for credible suppliers who have the capability and experience to supply and deliver the documentation, review and recommendations to improve the Planning and Building Customer Experience through the Planning and Building application processes no later than 2025/09/08 with a presentation to Corporate Services Committee anticipated for 2025/09/24.
