Description:
BCTS BC Bid Solicitation Standard This contract is for a spring plant in BC Timber Sales in the North Zone of the Okanagan-Columbia Business Area. An estimated of 692,698 spring trees on 501.3 hectares. Site viewing is optional however it is highly recommended. Information contained in the planting prescriptions such as planting difficulty, specifications, and access are approximate and should be used as guides only. Springs blocks are required to be completed as soon as they become snow free, with a minimum production of 15,000 trees per day on blocks to meet the deadline of June 21, 2026. Questions & Answers All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.OkanaganColumbiaTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca. Deadline for receiving questions is 2:30 pm on November 20, 2025. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by November 26, 2025. Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package.
