The proposed contract requires Tree Planting/Fill Planting of approximately 472,434 seedlings in the Chilliwack and Sea to Sky Natural Resource Districts.

Sealed tenders for Tree Planting in the Chilliwack and Sea to Sky Districts will be received by the Chinook Timber Sales Office, Timber Sales Manager, Chinook Business Area 46360 Airport Road, Chilliwack BC V2P 1A5, no later than 2:00 PM local time, February 11, 2025 at which time all tenders will be opened in private. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened.

Questions & Answers
All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.ChinookTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca . Deadline for receiving questions is 10:00 am. on January 30, 2025. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by 2:00 pm on February 05, 2025.
