Description:
The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to conduct sports court repairs and upgrades, said proposals must conform to the requirements set out in Part B (the services). Generally the Work will consist of: - Prepare a proposed court layout plan (to be reviewed and approved by RDOS staff prior to construction) - Remove the existing court net system - Supply and install pickleball net system (for 2 courts, easterly side) - Supply and install tennis net system (for 1 court, westerly side) - Supply and install interior fence (to separate pickleball courts and tennis court) - Patch/fill any court low spots and irregularities - Fill and repair cracks utilizing RiteWay product (or equivalent) - Resurface entire court with new acrylic coat system and court line work - Supply and install additional court access gate (tennis court) - Supply and install sound curtain(s), along the westerly fence only - Supply and install wifi connected gate locks (3) and related equipment **Optional Pre-Proposal Meeting (onsite) February 18th, 2025 @ 1pm**
