Detailed_Description : The Ministry requires physiotherapist services to be delivered to patients by a registered physiotherapist at the Toronto South Detention Centre (TSDC).
Scope of Work : The Ministry requires physiotherapist services to be delivered to patients by a registered physiotherapist at the Toronto South Detention Centre (TSDC).Physiotherapist services shall be provided in person at the following location:Toronto South Detention Centre160 Horner AvenueEtobicoke, ON M8Z 0C2The Deliverables shall be provided by the Vendor twenty (20) hours per week, in four (4) hour blocks of time, Monday through Friday on Business Days and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., at the address identified in section 1.3.2 Location for Services. No Deliverables shall be provided between the hours of 12 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. on any day.The Vendor shall not provide the Deliverables on a non-Business Day.The Vendor shall only be paid for the hours worked.The Vendor shall ensure that during the Term of the Agreement, a minimum of two (2) physiotherapists, each meeting all the qualifications and experience set out in the Contract, have received, and continue to hold a valid approved security clearance as per the requirements of this contract. This is to ensure there is no gap in service and that a qualified physiotherapist with approved security clearance is always available to provide the physiotherapy services without delay.
