- Description:
- The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the services of physicians to provide onsite occupational health services to RCMP Members in K Division, Alberta. The anticipated level of effort is estimated forty hours per week for each full-time physician and estimated 20 hours per week for each part-time physician. Up to 4 contracts may be awarded.
The contract period will be for two years from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to one additional six month period.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
Per Annex B, the Financial Evaluation will consist of two phases. Phase 1 will be conducted first, during which Table A will be evaluated. The responsive bids with the lowest evaluated prices for Table A will be recommended for award of contract. A contract or contracts may be awarded for up to two Specific Persons (physicians). If a bidder submits Table A for more than one Specific Person, each Table A will be evaluated separately therefore only the Table A(s) for the Specific Person(s) with the lowest responsive price will be included in the contract that is recommended for award of contract. If fewer than two Specific Persons (physicians) are included in the contract(s) recommended for award of contract in Phase 1, Phase 2 will be conducted.
