Description:
This RFP is an invitation for qualified vendors to submit a proposal for the provision of various support services in relation to its physical security systems, which include Physical Access Control Systems ("PACS") and Video Surveillance Systems. These services include support and maintenance, annual inspections, repair and replacement, installation and upgrades. The scope for this RFP will cover services in relation to: All current IESO locations and any new IESO locations established in future; and All current and future devices, equipment, systems, and hardware and software components that comprise the IESO's physical security system.Interested Proponents should note that in order to participate, they must submit an executed copy of the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement. Executed NDA's must be submitted by 4:00pm on September 17, 2025 to the IESO Contact at: dominique.moll@ieso.ca with a copy to rfpinfo@ieso.ca. The IESO will not accept any negotiations or amendments to the terms provided in the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
