SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for the supply, delivery of Physical Education Equipment to various locations as listed in the tender items described below.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant total bid price that meets or exceeds the specifications detailed below.

Please note that bidders are allowed to bid on one, multiple, or all items, and we reserve the right to award to one or more suppliers with the lowest compliant bid per item.

DELIVERY
Delivery is required on or before March 31, 2025, to the following locations:

- ASD-W: 1135 Prospect Street, Fredericton, NB E3B 3B9
- ASD-South: 490 Woodward Avenue, Saint John, NB E2K 5N3

Bids that cannot meet the required delivery date may not be considered for an award.
