Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on its own behalf intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Chatbot Program Service for an approximate five (5) years term at an estimated value of $350,000 CAD.

To ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative. Rationale
The Chatbot-AI Program has been operational for the past four years. PHSA plans to assume management and operations of the program, along with its associated technical environment, which is deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for the following reasons:
1) Migrating the 47 active chatbots across 12 health organizations to another cloud platform would require 11 to 19 months due to the manual, complex nature of the process, which involves rebuilding and testing...
