Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority (the “Health Authority”), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide XPER IM Hemodynamic Monitoring System for Royal Columbian Hospital for at an estimated value of $629,620.26 CAD + Tax.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Fraser Health Authority has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason: to ensure compatibility with existing products/systems Royal Columbian Hospital currently has four Cath labs which all have XPER, as part of RCH Redevelopment Phase-2 additional Cath labs will be added necessitating the purchase of new Hemodynamic systems to ensure these labs are functional and without these units the operational planning for increased patient volumes will not be possible.
