Provincial Health Services Authority Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority (the “Health Authority”), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide one Mira Q Cardiac Flowmeter for Royal Columbian Hospital for a term of two (2) years at an estimated value of $124,280.00.
