Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (the “Health Authority(s)”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide four (4) High-Frequency Jet Ventilators for Children-s & Women-s Health Centre of BC at an estimated value of CAD$239,555.00 (Excluding Taxes).

 the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason:
