Description : Notice is hereby given by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on its own behalf and as agent for the Fraser Health Authority; Interior Health Authority; Northern Health Authority; Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority (collectively, the “Health Authorities”) of its intent to update the prequalification list for the supply of Medical Imaging Equipment originally released on April 4, 2021. In accordance with the requirements stipulated in RFPQ PHSA 03451, Section 1.2 PHSA invite suppliers whom would like to be prequalified and receive subsequent directed Request for Proposals documents for the supply of medical imaging equipment for MRI, CT, C-Arm, Mobile X-Rays, Bone Densitometry, Injectors, General and Portable Ultrasound applications to submit an email for the attention of Bernie Chauvin (Buyer, Major Equipment and Redevelopments) before 12:00pm Pacific Time, November 18th, 2022 indicating their formal interest.
