Notice is hereby given by the Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) of its intent to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Short Message Service (“SMS”) texting services for automated callout of shifts at an estimated value of $1,023,679.39 for 3 years.

PHSA's scheduling application is presently integrated with Swift SMS Gateway's ("Swift") services and this integration is required to trigger SMS text messages to be sent to employees based on the generated schedules. Over the course of many years, PHSA has relied on Swift's SMS services and intends to transition away from them within three years. To ensure a smooth transition and provide adequate time for offboarding, PHSA requires that existing services be renewed directly with Swift as the maintenance contract expires.
